Harv Eker states that a brain surgeon makes much more than a gas station attendant simply because the ‘value’ of what the brain surgeon is ‘supplying’ is not easily available everywhere. So many Nigerians like exotic or foreign things. It’s no secret anymore. We tend to attach so much importance or high value to such things and some of us wouldn’t mind at all to own such things so far as it is foreign. Now, can you exploit this opportunity by being the person who is supplying them these exotic things?

My sister who is a vet once told me about the huge amount of money that one of her clients is spending just on her exotic dogs and I couldn’t help but wonder with my mouth agape.

Blogging is big business but it involves a lot of work and patience. Blogging can also be so tiresome most especially when it is being run by just one individual but the way I’m looking at it, a group of individuals who have similar interests and goals can come together and set up their own group blogging platform.

That way, with so many contributors, they can constantly keep their blog alive with constant and informative content which will bring for them the much needed traffic and relevance and at the same time, offer them the opportunity to monetize their blog. From thence, they can also start doing the same for other people and a business is borne!

Blogging is one of those ‘dirty cheap’ creative ideas anyone can start it. It’s just a matter of choosing your blogging platform and getting a suitable domain name for the business and becoming dedicated to the course, of course!

Nowadays, so many people can easily become an expert in relationships. I call such people relationship doctors.

I am one of such persons. And you can become one too. In fact, anybody can do this—anybody who is matured enough to understand some of the basic intricacies of human psychology.
